Terms and Conditions for "Death Must Die" Steam Game Giveaway
1. Eligibility:
Employees of MacGaming.com and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period:
The giveaway begins on June 22, 2024 and ends on June 30, 2024 . Entries submitted after the end date will not be considered.
3. How to Enter:
Participants must follow the entry instructions provided on the giveaway platform (e.g., visiting the website, following on social media, subscribing to the newsletter, etc.).
Each participant can enter the giveaway once. Multiple entries from the same participant will be disqualified.
4. Winner Selection and Notification:
One (1) winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
The winner will be announced on June 30, 2024 and contacted via the email address or social media account provided during entry.
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of the notification, a new winner will be selected.
5. Prize:
The prize for this giveaway is one (1) Steam code for the game "Death Must Die." https://store.steampowered.com/app/2334730/Death_Must_Die/
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services.
6. Prize Delivery:
The winner must add the MacGaming Steam account as a friend on Steam to receive their gift.
The Steam gift will be delivered within three (3) days after the winner has added the MacGaming Steam account as a friend and confirmed their Steam account details.
Failure to add the MacGaming Steam account as a friend within 48 hours of notification may result in forfeiture of the prize.
8. Privacy:
Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for prize fulfillment.
9. General Conditions:
MacGaming.com reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond MacGaming.com’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by MacGaming.com in its sole discretion.
MacGaming.com reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
10. Limitation of Liability:
MacGaming.com is not responsible for any technical issues, human error, or other factors that may result in the entry form or winner notification being lost, stolen, or otherwise undelivered.
